SYNCHRONIC AND DIACHRONIC APPROACHES TO SOCIALLY RELEVANT CONCEPTS

Abstract: 
The article outlines distinctive features of socially relevant concepts, analyses their ideological, ethnocultural, pragmatic and expressive peculiarities and describes linguistic means of their manifesta-tion. It also discusses diachronic reconstruction of socially relevant concepts and shows theoretical and practical value of studying such concepts.
